Andrew Burgess 2bfed4e872 gdb: make gdb_disassembly_flag unsigned
In a later commit I want to use operator~ on a gdb_disassembly_flag
flag value. This is currently not possible as gdb_disassembly_flag
is, by default, signed.

This commit just makes this enum unsigned.

There should be no user visible changes after this commit.
