Ian Lance Taylor a71da76017 * configure.in (mips-*-elf*): New target; use mipsb-elf32. 
* scripttempl/elf.sc: Only use OTHER_READONLY_SECTIONS and
	OTHER_READWRITE_SECTIONS if relocating.  Shell variables are not
	expanded within them.
	* config/mipsb-elf32.mt: New file.
	* emulparams/elf32mipb.sh: New file.
	* Makefile.in (em_elf32mipb.c): New target.
