	(tui_scroll_right): Rename tuiScrollRight.
	(tui_set_win_focus_to): Rename tuiSetWinFocusTo.
	(tui_resize_all): Rename tuiResizeAll.
	(tui_refresh_all_win): Rename tuiRefreshAll.
	(tui_sigwinch_handler): Rename tuiSigwinchHandler.
