* bfd.c (bfd_free_cached_info): Define.
	* bfd-in.h (JUMP_TABLE): Add _bfd_free_cached_info.
	* bfd-in2.h: Rebuilt.
	* All backends: Initialize bfd_free_cached_info entry point to
	bfd_true.
