Jim Kingdon 5a356fb84f * config/i386/linux.mh: Remove XM_CLIBS, TERMLIB, SYSV_DEFINE, and
REGEX.
	* config/i386/xm-linux.h: Don't include xm-i386v.h.  Define
	HOST_BYTE_ORDER ourselves.  Define HAVE_TERMIOS not HAVE_TERMIO.
	Define NEED_POSIX_SETPGID.  Include unistd.h.
