(skip_barg): New flag. Skips appending current flag to bbaseargs. <library exemptions>: Exempt --with-libintl-{type,prefix} from target and build machine argument passing. * configure: Regenerate. * Makefile.def (host_modules): Replace intl module with gettext module.
