binutils-gdb/bfd/hosts/i386mach.h
John Gilmore 933ae8d4fd Eliminate "int8_type", "int16_type", "int32_type", and their
variants from the BFD universe.  Leave the 64-bit types for now,
since they are in flux.

* hosts/*.h:  Remove declarations of all these types.
