Jim Kingdon ce93f56967 * hosts/i386bsd.h: Conditionalize HOST_STACK_END_ADDR on __bsdi__.
i386bsd.c: Remove defines of N_TXT*; the versions in aout64.h should
	be sufficient.  Define TEXT_START_ADDR.
