John Gilmore 7919c3ed86 * tm-sparc.h, tm-sysv4.h, solib.h: Move shared lib definitions
into solib.h.
* sparc-pinsn.c, sparc-tdep.c, standalonec, sun3-xdep.c,
sun386-xdep.c, symm-xdep.c, target.c, ultra3-xdep.c, utils.c,
value.h: Prototypes for static functions; lint.
* gdbtypes.h:  Empty file to ease transition.
