(sh_cons_align): Declare.
	* config/tc-sh.c (md_pseudo_table): Add .uaword and .ualong.
	(sh_no_align_cons): New static variable.
	(s_uacons): New static function.
	(sh_cons_align): New function.
	(sh_handle_align): Warn about misaligned data.
	* doc/c-sh.texi: Document .uaword and .ualong.
