Alan Modra 07d6d2b834 BFD whitespace fixes
Binutils is supposed to use tabs.  In my git config I have
whitespace = indent-with-non-tab,space-before-tab,trailing-space
and I got annoyed enough seeing red in "git diff" output to fix
the problems.
