* testsuite/ld-linkonce/zeroeh_x.s: Rename from x.s.
	* testsuite/ld-linkonce/zeroeh_y.s: Rename from y.s.
	* testsuite/ld-linkonce/zeroehl32.d: Adjust for renaming.  Support
	big-endian output.  Run for powerpc.
