f1a6367558 * mpw-configure (host_canonical): Set. 
(mpw-xconfig.in): No longer use.
	(target_cpu): Always add to makefiles.
	(ARCHDEFS, EMUL): Add to makefile only if nonempty.
	(TM_FILE, XM_FILE, NM_FILE): No longer add to makefile.
	(mpw-mh-mpw): Look for in srcdir and srcroot.
	Use sed instead of mpw-edit-prefix to edit prefix definitions.

941af9ce95 * mpw-configure (host_alias, target_alias): Rename from hostalias 
and targetalias, add into generated Makefile.
	(mk.tmp): If present, add into generated Makefile.
	* mpw-build (all-gas): Build config.h first before gas proper.

	Makefile, including contents of config/mpw-mh-mpw.
