a2c5833233 Update year range in copyright notice of binutils files 
The result of running etc/update-copyright.py --this-year, fixing all
the files whose mode is changed by the script, plus a build with
--enable-maintainer-mode --enable-cgen-maint=yes, then checking
out */po/*.pot which we don't update frequently.

The copy of cgen was with commit d1dd5fcc38ead reverted as that commit
breaks building of bfp opcodes files.

6f69abb049 Optimise away eh_frame advance_loc 0 
These can be generated when multiple cfi directives are emitted for an
instruction and the insn frag is closed off between directives, as
happens when listings are enabled.  No doubt the advance_loc of zero
could be avoided by backtracking over frags in dw2gencfi.c before
calling cfi_add_advance_loc, but that seems like more work than
cleaning up afterwards as this patch does.

Noticed when looking at the testcase in PR25125.

	PR 25125
	* dw2gencfi.c (output_cfi_insn): Don't output DW_CFA_advance_loc+0.
	* ehopt.c (eh_frame_estimate_size_before_relax): Return -1 for
	an advance_loc of zero.
	(eh_frame_relax_frag): Translate fr_subtype of 7 to size -1.
	(eh_frame_convert_frag): Handle fr_subtype of 7.  Abort on
	unexpected fr_subtype.

The field only stores unsigned values, so let's make it unsigned to
stop people worrying about the possibility of negative values.

8d1015a887 Move struc-symbol.h to symbols.c 
This file was never supposed to be widely used.  The fact that it has
found its way into many gas files led to bugs, typically when code
expecting a symbolS* to point at a struct symbol is presented with a
struct local_symbol.  Also, commit 158184ac9e changed these structs in
2012 but didn't catch all places where symbol bsym was being used to
test for a local_symbol.

	* Makefile.am (HFILES): Delete struc-symbol.h.
	* doc/internals.texi: Delete struc-symbol.h reference and out
	of date local symbol description.
	* struc-symbol.h: Delete.  Move contents to..
	* symbols.c: ..here.
	(symbol_on_chain, symbol_symbolS): New functions.
	* symbols.h (symbol_on_chain, symbol_symbolS): Declare.
	* cgen.c: Don't #include struc-symbol.h.
	(gas_cgen_parse_operand): Don't test for local_symbol using
	bsym, instead call symbol_symbolS.  Use symbol_get_bfdsym.
	(weak_operand_overflow_check, make_right_shifted_expr): Use
	symbol accessors.
	* config/obj-coff.c: Don't #include struc-symbol.h.

8c7504802a * ehopt.c (check_eh_frame): If md_allow_eh_opt is defined, invoke it to see if the optimizations should be applied. 
* config/tc-mn10300.h (md_allow_eh_opt): Define.  Only allow call frame optimization if linker relaxation is not enabled.
* gas/elf/elf.exp: Disable ehopt test for mn10300.

67a659f60e * ehopt.c (get_cie_info): Rename from eh_frame_code_alignment; 
also collect whether to expect an FDE augmentation.
        (check_eh_frame): Rewrite as a state machine.  Track where in
        an FDE we are located, skip any augmentation.
        (eh_frame_estimate_size_before_relax): Get code alignment from
        the fragment subtype.
        (eh_frame_relax_frag, eh_frame_convert_frag): Likewise.
        * read.c (emit_leb128_expr): Call check_eh_frame.
