919d772c55 * gdb/source.c (source_info): Mention whether the symtab has 
information about preprocessor macros.

* gdb/testsuite/lib/gdb.exp (get_debug_format): Tolerate message
saying whether preprocessor macro information is present.

* gdb/doc/gdb.texinfo (Symbols): Update documentation for `info
source' command.

a89f66e45b (openp): Use xfullpath in place of gdb_realpath to avoid resolving the 
basename part of filenames when the associated file is a symbolic link.
This fixes a potential inconsistency between the filenames known to GDB
and the filenames it prints in the annotations.

nodebug_var_symbol_type as type of variables which don't have any
	ecoff debug info associated with them.
	(parse_symbol, parse_procedure):  Use heuristics to determine if
	functions were compiled without debugging info and change their
	type to nodebug_function_symbol_type.
	(_initialize_mdebugread):  Initialize nodebug_*_symbol_type.
