b3c0fc577b * reloc.c (enum bfd_reloc_code_real): Added 
BFD_RELOC_MIPS_LITERAL, BFD_RELOC_MIPS_GOT16,
	BFD_RELOC_MIPS_CALL16, BFD_RELOC_MIPS_GPREL32.
	* bfd-in2.h: Rebuilt.
	* coff-mips.c (mips_bfd_reloc_type_lookup): Handle
	BFD_RELOC_MIPS_LITERAL.
	* elf32-mips.c (mips_reloc_map): Handle new relocs.

6b4b4d1791 * cache.c, bfd-in.h: New function bfd_make_cacheable. 
opncls.c (bfd_fdopenr): Suggest it in the comment.
	* cache.c (bfd_cache_init): Increment open_files.
