	* libdep_plugin.c (onload): Skip if not all required plugin hooks
	are available.
	* testsuite/config/default.exp (dep_plug_opt): New.
	* testsuite/ld-elf/elf.exp: Pass $dep_plug_opt to nm.
	* testsuite/ld-elf/pr26391.fd: New file.

bf6d803782 Add a plugin for processing static library dependencies. 
* libdep_plugin.c: New file: Processes archives that contain a
	special library dependencies element.
	* Makefile.am: Add build rules for libdep_plugin.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* NEWS: Mention the new plugin.
	* ld.texi: Document the new plugin.
