Adds missing sanity checks for avr device info note, to avoid
potential buffer overflows.  Uses bfd_malloc_and_get_section for
sanity checking section size.

With an exec:

I get:

$ readelf -w obj/hello.o > READELF
readelf: Warning: Unable to load dwo file: \
  /home/vries/tmp//home/vries/tmp/obj/hello.dwo
...

The dwo file name is listed here:
...
    <20>   DW_AT_GNU_dwo_name: /home/vries/tmp/obj/hello.dwo
    <24>   DW_AT_comp_dir    : /home/vries/tmp
...

The standard states about the DW_AT_dwo_name attribute:
...
value is a null-terminated string containing the full or relative path name
(relative to the value of the DW_AT_comp_dir attribute, see below) of the
object file that contains the full compilation unit.
...

So, readelf shouldn't try to prefix an absolute path with DW_AT_comp_dir.

Fix this in load_dwo_file by handling the absolute path case.

52ff20fe7b [binutils] Handle presence of both .debug_ranges and .debug_rnglists 
With exec:

$ g++ src/gdb/testsuite/gdb.cp/cpexprs.cc -gdwarf-5 -fdebug-types-section

I run into:

$ readelf -w a.out > READELF
readelf: Error: Invalid range list entry type 126
readelf: Error: Invalid range list entry type 60
...

The executable contains both a .debug_rnglists section (for CU
cpexprs.cc) and a .debug_ranges section (for other CUs, like crti.S).  But
when executing display_debug_ranges for say, section .debug_rnglists it also
tries to use the range list references related to section .debug_ranges.

Fix this by filtering out the .debug_range references when handling
.debug_rnglists and vice versa.

5f128a25f2 [binutils] Handle DW_FORM_ref_sig8 in get_type_abbrev_from_form 
When compiling an exec like this:

we run into:

readelf: Warning: Unexpected form 20 encountered whilst finding \
  abbreviation for type
...

Fix this by handling DW_FORM_ref_sig8 conservatively in
get_type_abbrev_from_form.

Fix this by handling DW_UT_skeleton and DW_UT_split_compile in
process_debug_info.

Note that this just adds the parsing of DWO_id, but not yet any printing of
it.

Tested on x86_64-linux.

d1bcae833b ELF: Don't generate unused section symbols 
For ELF targets, section symbols are required only for relocations.
With -ffunction-sections -fdata-sections, there can be many unused
section symbols.  Sizes of libstdc++.a on Linux/x86-64 in GCC 11 are

With unused section symbols   : 39411698 bytes
Without unused section symbols: 39227002 bytes

The unused section symbols in libstdc++.a occupy more than 180 KB.

Add BSF_SECTION_SYM_USED to indicate if a section symbol should be
included in the symbol table.  The BSF_SECTION_SYM_USED should be set
if the section symbol is used for relocation or the section symbol is
always included in the symbol table.

Add keep_unused_section_symbols to bfd_target to indicate if unused
section symbols should be kept.  If TARGET_KEEP_UNUSED_SECTION_SYMBOLS
is defined as FALSE, unused ection symbols will be removed.

Tested on Linux/x86.  Other ELF backends need to:

1. Define TARGET_KEEP_UNUSED_SECTION_SYMBOLS to FALSE.
2. Mark used section symbols in assembler backend.
3. Remove unused section symbols from expected assembler and linker
outputs.

dccc31dee3 asan: print_vms_time signed integer overflow 
I really don't think anyone cares about underflow of vms time values,
but the potential segfault on a gmtime failure is worth fixing.

	* readelf.c (INT64_MIN): Define if not already defined.
	(print_vms_time): Catch 64-bit overflow when converting from
	vms time to posix time.  Don't segfault if gmtime returns NULL.

Add Intel Linear Address Masking (LAM) property support.  LAM modifies
the checking that is applied to 64-bit linear addresses, allowing
software to use of the untranslated address bits for metadata.

014cc7f849 binutils: Make smart_rename safe too 
smart_rename is capable of handling symlinks by copying and it also
tries to preserve ownership and permissions of files when they're
overwritten during the rename.  This is useful in objcopy where the
file properties need to be preserved.

However because smart_rename does this using file names, it leaves a
race window between renames and permission fixes.  This change removes
this race window by using file descriptors from the original BFDs that
were used to manipulate these files wherever possible.

The file that is to be renamed is also passed as a file descriptor so
that we use fchown/fchmod on the file descriptor, thus making sure
that we only modify the file we have opened to write.  Further, in
case the file is to be overwritten (as is the case in ar or objcopy),
the permissions that need to be restored are taken from the file
descriptor that was opened for input so that integrity of the file
status is maintained all the way through to the rename.

1a1c3b4cc1 objcopy: Get input file stat after BFD open 
Get file state from the descriptor opened by copy_file for the input
BFD.  This ensures continuity in the view of the input file through
the descriptor.  At the moment it is only to preserve timestamps
recorded at the point that we opened the file for input but in the
next patch this state will also be used to preserve ownership and
permissions wherever applicable.

	ibfd through it.
