relocs except when BFD64.

e0890092b6 * expr.c (expr): Move code setting "retval" to the end of the loop,
and rearrange for efficiency.  For "PIC code" subtraction, use
	"rightseg" rather than recalculating.  For "symbol OP symbol"
	subtract, set "retval" to absolute_section if symbols in same
	section.
	* symbols.c (resolve_symbol_value): Resolve "sym +/- expr" to an
	O_symbol.  Simplify a +/- b code.  Allow equality and non-equality
	comparisons on symbols from any section.  Allow other comparison
	operators as for subtraction.
	(symbol_equated_reloc_p): New predicate function.
	* symbols.h (symbol_equated_reloc_p): Declare.
	* write.c (adjust_reloc_syms): Use symbol_equated_reloc_p.

38b87a1b80 Do not set finalize_syms until after the segments have been sized.
Some backends may still need to access the syms's frags in order to
adjust relaxed frags.

220e750f6f * dwarf2dbg.c: Rewrite from scratch. Queue all debugging output

14ad458a39 * write.c (cvt_frag_to_fill): Use frag file and line in rs_org
error message.

7565ed77a1 * write.c (adjust_reloc_syms): Rather than never reducing reloc
