* i386-xdep.c, symm-xdep.c: Remove most 387 support.
* xconfig/i386{sco,v,v-g,v32,v32-g}: Now need i387-tdep.o.

Add dec3100 as equivalent to littlemips.

Indicate in all host config files that they are for the host. When the
lines get copied into the Makefile, this makes it more obvious what's up.
