use partial_symtab->textlow==0 as a flag, as 0 is a legitimate
text address. Use a seperate flag (textlow_not_set) instead.

makefile fragment should modify MMALLOC_CFLAGS to not use mmalloc, or
to use it but to not do heap corruption checking.
