Don't rebuild sym name when reporting errors. Report all possible
errors from _bfd_final_link_relocate.
(bfd_elf32_bfd_final_link): Don't define.
* configure.in (Makefile): Use the test ${target} != ${host},
instead of the absence of the "nm.h" file, to determine of the
configuration non-native.
