fd064a5b99 * output.h (Output_segment::set_section_addresses): Pass increase_relro
by reference; adjust all callers.

        (lang_place_defineds): Walk ldlang_def_chain_list defining the
        symbols.
        (lang_process): Call lang_place_defineds.
        (lang_add_assignment): If the assignment has come from a --defsym
        command line option then call lang_add_def.

        section.

        the name of the symbol.

        (Memory_region::increment_vma_offset): Rename to
        increment_offset.

position-independent executables to shared libraries need dynamic
	relocations.
	(Symbol::may_need_copy_reloc): Do not generate COPY relocs in
