(parse_stab): Don't close the function when the block depth goes
to zero. Pass value to debug_end_function.
(parse_stab_string): In case 'T', pass the name to
parse_stab_type.
(parse_stab_type): In case 'x', use stab_find_tagged_type. In
case '#', handle functions with variable numbers of arguments.
