gdb.c++/userdef.cc: Place comments on the lines to which the
marker function might return.

space between the "char" and the "*"; KFAIL it, too.
* gdb.c++/templates.exp (do_tests): Convert XFAILs about printing
template types into either PASSes or KFAILs (corresponding to PR
c++/57). Tweak indentation. Update copyright.
