adc03ece62 * configure.in (targargs): Pass --build if we're doing 
a cross-compile.

Fix problems with the build defaulting to the host value if it isn't

f14c4109f8 * configure: Use '|' instead of ":" as the seperator in 
sed. Otherwise sed chokes on NT path names with drive
	designators. Also look for "?:*" as the leading characters in an
	absolute pathname.

2cf00a3619 * configure: Default CXX to c++, not gcc. 
* Makefile.in (CXX): Set to c++, not gcc.
	(CXX_FOR_TARGET): When cross, transform c++, not gcc.
This is to that $(CXX) and $(CXX_FOR_TARGET) can be used to link C++
programs as well as just compile C++ code.
