macros and enclose in do while(0).
(RESTORE_END_STRING): Likewise.
(md_assemble): Add one to printed operand number so we start
from 1 not 0. Add some more gettext invocations.
(i386_operand): Fix `%%s' -> `%%%s'. Inc printed operand
number here too.

symbols are relaxable.
