gdb: move store/extract integer functions to extract-store-integer.{c,h}
Move the declarations out of defs.h, and the implementations out of findvar.c. I opted for a new file, because this functionality of converting integers to bytes and vice-versa seems a bit to generic to live in findvar.c. gdb, gdbserver, gdbsupport: remove includes of early headers
Now that defs.h, server.h and common-defs.h are included via the `-include` option, it is no longer necessary for source files to include them. Remove all the inclusions of these files I could find. Update copyright year range in header of all files managed by GDB
This commit is the result of the following actions: - Running gdb/copyright.py to update all of the copyright headers to include 2024, - Manually updating a few files the copyright.py script told me to update, these files had copyright headers embedded within the file, - Regenerating gdbsupport/Makefile.in to refresh it's copyright date, - Using grep to find other files that still mentioned 2023. If these files were updated last year from 2022 to 2023 then I've updated them this year to 2024. I'm sure I've probably missed some dates. Feel free to fix them up as you spot them. |

gdb: Replace gdb::optional with std::optional
Since GDB now requires C++17, we don't need the internally maintained gdb::optional implementation. This patch does the following replacing: - gdb::optional -> std::optional - gdb::in_place -> std::in_place - #include "gdbsupport/gdb_optional.h" -> #include <optional> This change has mostly been done automatically. One exception is gdbsupport/thread-pool.* which did not use the gdb:: prefix as it already lives in the gdb namespace. gdb: remove target_gdbarch
This function is just a wrapper around the current inferior's gdbarch. I find that having that wrapper just obscures where the arch is coming from, and that it's often used as "I don't know which arch to use so I'll use this magical target_gdbarch function that gets me an arch" when the arch should in fact come from something in the context (a thread, objfile, symbol, etc). I think that removing it and inlining `current_inferior ()->arch ()` everywhere will make it a bit clearer where that arch comes from and will trigger people into reflecting whether this is the right place to get the arch or not. gdb: support rseq auxvs
Linux kernel commit commit 317c8194e6ae ("rseq: Introduce feature size and alignment ELF auxiliary vector entries") introduced two new auxvs: AT_RSEQ_FEATURE_SIZE and AT_RSEQ_ALIGN. gdb: add all_objfiles_removed observer
The new_objfile observer is currently used to indicate both when a new
objfile is added to program space (when passed non-nullptr) and when all
objfiles of a program space were just removed (when passed nullptr).
I think this is confusing (and Andrew apparently thinks so too [1]).
Add a new "all_objfiles_removed" observer to remove the second role from
"new_objfile".
Some existing users of new_objfile do nothing if the passed objfile is
nullptr. For them, we can simply drop the nullptr check. For others,
add a new all_objfiles_removed callback, and refactor things a bit to
keep the existing behavior as much as possible.
Some callbacks relied on current_program_space, and following
the refactoring now use either objfile->pspace or the pspace passed to
all_objfiles_removed. I think this should be relatively safe, and in
general a step in the right direction.
On the notify side, I found only one call site to change from
new_objfile to all_objfiles_removed, in clear_symtab_users. It is not
entirely clear to me that this is entirely correct. clear_symtab_users
appears to be called in spots that don't remove all objfiles
(functions finish_new_objfile, remove_symbol_file_command, reread_symbols,
do_module_cleanups). But I think that this patch at least makes the
current code clearer.

gdb: remove final user of the executable_changed observer
This commit continues with the task started in the previous commit, and is similar in many ways. The goal of the next couple of commits is to expose the executable_changed observable in the Python API as an event. Before I do this I would like to remove the additional call to the executable_changed observable which can be found in the reread_symbols function in the symfile.c file, as I don't believe that this use actually corresponds to a change in the current executable. The previous commit removed one user of the executable_changed observable and replaced it with a new_obfile observer instead, and this commit does the same thing. In auxv.c we use the executable_changed observable to call invalidate_auxv_cache, which then calls: invalidate_auxv_cache_inf (current_inferior ()); The auxv cache is already (additionally) cleared when an inferior exits and when an inferior appears. As with the previous commit, I think we can safely replace the use of the executable_changed observable with a use of the new_obfile observable. All the tests still pass, and with some locally placed printf calls, I think that the cache is still being cleared in all the cases that should matter. Approved-By: Tom Tromey <tom@tromey.com> |

In target_read_auxv we return a copy of an object: ... gdb::optional<gdb::byte_vector> target_read_auxv () { ... return info->data; } ... Return a const reference instead, saving a copy. This is exposed by using std::pmr::polymorphic_allocator instead of std::allocator in default_init_allocator. Tested on x86_64-linux. |

gdb: rename target_read_auxv(target_ops *) to target_read_auxv_raw
Having two overloads of target_read_auxv that don't have the same goals is confusing. Rename the one that reads from an explicit target_ops to target_read_auxv_raw. gdb: fix auxv caching
There's a flaw in the interaction of the auxv caching and the fact that target_auxv_search allows reading auxv from an arbitrary target_ops (passed in as a parameter). This has consequences as explained in this thread: https://inbox.sourceware.org/gdb-patches/20220719144542.1478037-1-luis.machado@arm.com/ In summary, when loading an AArch64 core file with MTE support by passing the executable and core file names directly to GDB, we see the MTE info: $ ./gdb -nx --data-directory=data-directory -q aarch64-mte-gcore aarch64-mte-gcore.core ... Program terminated with signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault Memory tag violation while accessing address 0x0000ffff8ef5e000 Allocation tag 0x1 Logical tag 0x0. #0 0x0000aaaade3d0b4c in ?? () (gdb) But if we do it as two separate commands (file and core) we don't: $ ./gdb -nx --data-directory=data-directory -q -ex "file aarch64-mte-gcore" -ex "core aarch64-mte-gcore.core" ... Program terminated with signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. #0 0x0000aaaade3d0b4c in ?? () (gdb) The problem with the latter is that auxv data gets improperly cached between the two commands. When executing the file command, auxv gets first queried here, when loading the executable: #0 target_auxv_search (ops=0x55555b842400 <exec_ops>, match=0x9, valp=0x7fffffffc5d0) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/auxv.c:383 #1 0x0000555557e576f2 in svr4_exec_displacement (displacementp=0x7fffffffc8c0) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/solib-svr4.c:2482 #2 0x0000555557e594d1 in svr4_relocate_main_executable () at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/solib-svr4.c:2878 #3 0x0000555557e5989e in svr4_solib_create_inferior_hook (from_tty=1) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/solib-svr4.c:2933 #4 0x0000555557e6e49f in solib_create_inferior_hook (from_tty=1) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/solib.c:1253 #5 0x0000555557f33e29 in symbol_file_command (args=0x7fffffffe01c "aarch64-mte-gcore", from_tty=1) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/symfile.c:1655 #6 0x00005555573319c3 in file_command (arg=0x7fffffffe01c "aarch64-mte-gcore", from_tty=1) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/exec.c:555 #7 0x0000555556e47185 in do_simple_func (args=0x7fffffffe01c "aarch64-mte-gcore", from_tty=1, c=0x612000047740) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/cli/cli-decode.c:95 #8 0x0000555556e551c9 in cmd_func (cmd=0x612000047740, args=0x7fffffffe01c "aarch64-mte-gcore", from_tty=1) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/cli/cli-decode.c:2543 #9 0x00005555580e63fd in execute_command (p=0x7fffffffe02c "e", from_tty=1) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/top.c:692 #10 0x0000555557771913 in catch_command_errors (command=0x5555580e55ad <execute_command(char const*, int)>, arg=0x7fffffffe017 "file aarch64-mte-gcore", from_tty=1, do_bp_actions=true) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/main.c:513 #11 0x0000555557771fba in execute_cmdargs (cmdarg_vec=0x7fffffffd570, file_type=CMDARG_FILE, cmd_type=CMDARG_COMMAND, ret=0x7fffffffd230) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/main.c:608 #12 0x00005555577755ac in captured_main_1 (context=0x7fffffffda10) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/main.c:1299 #13 0x0000555557775c2d in captured_main (data=0x7fffffffda10) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/main.c:1320 #14 0x0000555557775cc2 in gdb_main (args=0x7fffffffda10) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/main.c:1345 #15 0x00005555568bdcbe in main (argc=10, argv=0x7fffffffdba8) at /home/simark/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/gdb.c:32 Here, target_auxv_search is called on the inferior's target stack. The target stack only contains the exec target, so the query returns empty auxv data. This gets cached for that inferior in `auxv_inferior_data`. In its constructor (before it is pushed to the inferior's target stack), the core_target needs to identify the right target description from the core, and for that asks the gdbarch to read a target description from the core file. Because some implementations of gdbarch_core_read_description (such as AArch64's) need to read auxv data from the core in order to determine the right target description, the core_target passes a pointer to itself, allowing implementations to call target_auxv_search it. However, because we have previously cached (empty) auxv data for that inferior, target_auxv_search searched that cached (empty) auxv data, not auxv data read from the core. Remember that this data was obtained by reading auxv on the inferior's target stack, which only contained an exec target. The problem I see is that while target_auxv_search offers the flexibility of reading from an arbitrary (passed as an argument) target, the caching doesn't do the distinction of which target is being queried, and where the cached data came from. So, you could read auxv from a target A, it gets cached, then you try to read auxv from a target B, and it returns the cached data from target A. That sounds wrong. In our case, we expect to read different auxv data from the core target than what we have read from the target stack earlier, so it doesn't make sense to hit the cache in this case. To fix this, I propose splitting the code paths that read auxv data from an inferior's target stack and those that read from a passed-in target. The code path that reads from the target stack will keep caching, whereas the one that reads from a passed-in target won't. And since, searching in auxv data is independent from where this data came from, split the "read" part from the "search" part. From what I understand, auxv caching was introduced mostly to reduce latency on remote connections, when doing many queries. With the change I propose, only the queries done while constructing the core_target end up not using cached auxv data. This is fine, because there are just a handful of queries max, done at this point, and reading core files is local. The changes to auxv functions are: - Introduce 2 target_read_auxv functions. One reads from an explicit target_ops and doesn't do caching (to be used in gdbarch_core_read_description context). The other takes no argument, reads from the current inferior's target stack (it looks just like a standard target function wrapper) and does caching. The first target_read_auxv actually replaces get_auxv_inferior_data, since it became a trivial wrapper around it. - Change the existing target_auxv_search to not read auxv data from the target, but to accept it as a parameter (a gdb::byte_vector). This function doesn't care where the data came from, it just searches in it. It still needs to take a target_ops and gdbarch to know how to parse auxv entries. - Add a convenience target_auxv_search overload that reads auxv data from the inferior's target stack and searches in it. This overload is useful to replace the exist target_auxv_search calls that passed the `current_inferior ()->top_target ()` target and keep the call sites short. - Modify parse_auxv to accept a target_ops and gdbarch to use for parsing entries. Not strictly related to the rest of this change, but it seems like a good change in the context. Changes in architecture-specific files (tdep and nat): - In linux-tdep, linux_get_hwcap and linux_get_hwcap2 get split in two, similar to target_auxv_search. One version receives auxv data, target and arch as parameters. The other gets everything from the current inferior. The latter is for convenience, to avoid making call sites too ugly. - Call sites of linux_get_hwcap and linux_get_hwcap2 are adjusted to use either of the new versions. The call sites in gdbarch_core_read_description context explicitly read auxv data from the passed-in target and call the linux_get_hwcap{,2} function with parameters. Other call sites use the versions without parameters. - Same idea for arm_fbsd_read_description_auxv. - Call sites of target_auxv_search that passed `current_inferior ()->top_target ()` are changed to use the target_auxv_search overload that works in the current inferior. Rewrite registry.h
This rewrites registry.h, removing all the macros and replacing it with relatively ordinary template classes. The result is less code than the previous setup. It replaces large macros with a relatively straightforward C++ class, and now manages its own cleanup. The existing type-safe "key" class is replaced with the equivalent template class. This approach ended up requiring relatively few changes to the users of the registry code in gdb -- code using the key system just required a small change to the key's declaration. All existing users of the old C-like API are now converted to use the type-safe API. This mostly involved changing explicit deletion functions to be an operator() in a deleter class. The old "save/free" two-phase process is removed, and replaced with a single "free" phase. No existing code used both phases. The old "free" callbacks took a parameter for the enclosing container object. However, this wasn't truly needed and is removed here as well. |

gdb, gdbserver, gdbsupport: fix leading space vs tabs issues
Many spots incorrectly use only spaces for indentation (for example, there are a lot of spots in ada-lang.c). I've always found it awkward when I needed to edit one of these spots: do I keep the original wrong indentation, or do I fix it? What if the lines around it are also wrong, do I fix them too? I probably don't want to fix them in the same patch, to avoid adding noise to my patch. So I propose to fix as much as possible once and for all (hopefully). One typical counter argument for this is that it makes code archeology more difficult, because git-blame will show this commit as the last change for these lines. My counter counter argument is: when git-blaming, you often need to do "blame the file at the parent commit" anyway, to go past some other refactor that touched the line you are interested in, but is not the change you are looking for. So you already need a somewhat efficient way to do this. Using some interactive tool, rather than plain git-blame, makes this trivial. For example, I use "tig blame <file>", where going back past the commit that changed the currently selected line is one keystroke. It looks like Magit in Emacs does it too (though I've never used it). Web viewers of Github and Gitlab do it too. My point is that it won't really make archeology more difficult. The other typical counter argument is that it will cause conflicts with existing patches. That's true... but it's a one time cost, and those are not conflicts that are difficult to resolve. I have also tried "git rebase --ignore-whitespace", it seems to work well. Although that will re-introduce the faulty indentation, so one needs to take care of fixing the indentation in the patch after that (which is easy). gdb/ChangeLog: * aarch64-linux-tdep.c: Fix Add SVR4 psABI specific parser for AUXV entries
NetBSD and OpenBSD always use an int to store the type as defined in the SVR4 psABI specifications rather than long as assumed by the default parser. Define svr4_auxv_parse() that shares code with default_auxv_parse(). Remove obsd_auxv_parse() and switch OpenBSD to svr4_auxv_parse(). Remove not fully accurate comment from obsd-tdep.c. Use svr4_auxv_parse() on NetBSD. gdb/ChangeLog: * auxv.h (svr4_auxv_parse): New. * auxv.c (default_auxv_parse): Split into default_auxv_parse and generic_auxv_parse. (svr4_auxv_parse): Add. * obsd-tdep.c: Include "auxv.h". (obsd_auxv_parse): Remove. (obsd_init_abi): Remove comment. (obsd_init_abi): Change set_gdbarch_auxv_parse passed argument from `obsd_auxv_parse' to `svr4_auxv_parse'. * nbsd-tdep.c: Include "auxv.h". (nbsd_init_abi): Call set_gdbarch_auxv_parse. |

Update GDB to use new AUXV entry types
I noticed GDB didn't know a particular AT tag (51) when doing some debugging. Turns out we're missing a few entries compared to glibc's headers. This patch adds them to GDB and fixes a failure in gdb.base/auxv.exp as a result. gdb/ChangeLog: 2020-03-03 Luis Machado <luis.machado@linaro.org> * auxv.c (default_print_auxv_entry): Add new AUXV entries. |

gdb: add back declarations for _initialize functions
I'd like to enable the -Wmissing-declarations warning. However, it
warns for every _initialize function, for example:
CXX dcache.o
/home/smarchi/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/dcache.c: In function ‘void _initialize_dcache()’:
/home/smarchi/src/binutils-gdb/gdb/dcache.c:688:1: error: no previous declaration for ‘void _initialize_dcache()’ [-Werror=missing-declarations]
_initialize_dcache (void)
^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The only practical way forward I found is to add back the declarations,
which were removed by this commit:

Rename common to gdbsupport
This is the next patch in the ongoing series to move gdbsever to the top level. This patch just renames the "common" directory. The idea is to do this move in two parts: first rename the directory (this patch), then move the directory to the top. This approach makes the patches a bit more tractable. I chose the name "gdbsupport" for the directory. However, as this patch was largely written by sed, we could pick a new name without too much difficulty. Tested by the buildbot. gdb/ChangeLog 2019-07-09 Tom Tromey <tom@tromey.com> * contrib/ari/gdb_ari.sh: Change common to gdbsupport. * configure: Rebuild. * configure.ac: Change common to gdbsupport. * Update copyright year range in all GDB files.
This commit applies all changes made after running the gdb/copyright.py script. Note that one file was flagged by the script, due to an invalid copyright header (gdb/unittests/basic_string_view/element_access/char/empty.cc). As the file was copied from GCC's libstdc++-v3 testsuite, this commit leaves this file untouched for the time being; a patch to fix the header was sent to gcc-patches first. gdb/ChangeLog: Update copyright year range in all GDB files. |

I don't know yet what's the reason for those weird 'Unrecognized tag value' warnings with native core dumps is; elfdump -n certainly doesn't show them. target_stack -> current_top_target() throughout
The recent C++ification of target_ops replaced references to the old "current_target" squashed target throughout with references to a "target_stack" pointer. I had picked the "target_stack" name very early in the multi-target work, and managed to stick with it, even though it's a bit of a misnomer, since it isn't really a "target stack" object, but a pointer into the current top target in the stack. As I'm splitting more pieces off of the multi-target branch, I've come to think that it's better to rename it now. A following patch will introduce a new class to represent a target stack, and "target_stack" would be _its_ ideal name. (In the branch, the class is called a_target_stack to work around the clash.) Thus this commit renames target_stack to current_top_target and replaces all references throughout. Also, while at it, current_top_target is made a function instead of a pointer, to make it possible to change its internal implementation without leaking implementation details out. In a couple patches, the implementation of the function will change to refer to a target stack object, and then further down the multi-target work, it'll change again to find the right target stack for the current inferior. gdb/ChangeLog: 2018-06-07 Pedro Alves <palves@redhat.com> * target.h (target_stack): Delete. Convert struct target_ops to C++
I.e., use C++ virtual methods and inheritance instead of tables of function pointers. Unfortunately, there's no way to do a smooth transition. ALL native targets in the tree must be converted at the same time. I've tested all I could with cross compilers and with help from GCC compile farm, but naturally I haven't been able to test many of the ports. Still, I made a best effort to port everything over, and while I expect some build problems due to typos and such, which should be trivial to fix, I don't expect any design problems. * Implementation notes: - The flattened current_target is gone. References to current_target or current_target.beneath are replaced with references to target_stack (the top of the stack) directly. - To keep "set debug target" working, this adds a new debug_stratum layer that sits on top of the stack, prints the debug, and delegates to the target beneath. In addition, this makes the shortname and longname properties of target_ops be virtual methods instead of data fields, and makes the debug target defer those to the target beneath. This is so that debug code sprinkled around that does "if (debugtarget) ..." can transparently print the name of the target beneath. A patch later in the series actually splits out the shortname/longname methods to a separate structure, but I preferred to keep that chance separate as it is associated with changing a bit the design of how targets are registered and open. - Since you can't check whether a C++ virtual method is overridden, the old method of checking whether a target_ops implements a method by comparing the function pointer must be replaced with something else. Some cases are fixed by adding a parallel "can_do_foo" target_ops methods. E.g.,: + for (t = target_stack; t != NULL; t = t->beneath) { - if (t->to_create_inferior != NULL) + if (t->can_create_inferior ()) break; } Others are fixed by changing void return type to bool or int return type, and have the default implementation return false or -1, to indicate lack of support. - make-target-delegates was adjusted to generate C++ classes and methods. It needed tweaks to grok "virtual" in front of the target method name, and for the fact that methods are no longer function pointers. (In particular, the current code parsing the return type was simple because it could simply parse up until the '(' in '(*to_foo)'. It now generates a couple C++ classes that inherit target_ops: dummy_target and debug_target. Since we need to generate the class declarations as well, i.e., we need to emit methods twice, we now generate the code in two passes. - The core_target global is renamed to avoid conflict with the "core_target" class. - ctf/tfile targets init_tracefile_ops is replaced by a base class that is inherited by both ctf and tfile. - bsd-uthread The bsd_uthread_ops_hack hack is gone. It's not needed because nothing was extending a target created by bsd_uthread_target. - remote/extended-remote targets This is a first pass, just enough to C++ify target_ops. A later pass will convert more free functions to methods, and make remote_state be truly per remote instance, allowing multiple simultaneous instances of remote targets. - inf-child/"native" is converted to an actual base class (inf_child_target), that is inherited by all native targets. - GNU/Linux The old weird double-target linux_ops mechanism in linux-nat.c, is gone, replaced by adding a few virtual methods to linux-nat.h's target_ops, called low_XXX, that the concrete linux-nat implementations override. Sort of like gdbserver's linux_target_ops, but simpler, for requiring only one target_ops-like hierarchy, which spares implementing the same method twice when we need to forward the method to a low implementation. The low target simply reimplements the target_ops method directly in that case. There are a few remaining linux-nat.c hooks that would be better converted to low_ methods like above too. E.g.: linux_nat_set_new_thread (t, x86_linux_new_thread); linux_nat_set_new_fork (t, x86_linux_new_fork); linux_nat_set_forget_process That'll be done in a follow up patch. - We can no longer use functions like x86_use_watchpoints to install custom methods on an arbitrary base target. The patch replaces instances of such a pattern with template mixins. For example memory_breakpoint_target defined in target.h, or x86_nat_target in x86-nat.h. - linux_trad_target, MIPS and Alpha GNU/Linux The code in the new linux-nat-trad.h/c files which was split off of inf-ptrace.h/c recently, is converted to a C++ base class, and used by the MIPS and Alpha GNU/Linux ports. - BSD targets The $architecture x NetBSD/OpenBSD/FreeBSD support matrix complicates things a bit. There's common BSD target code, and there's common architecture-specific code shared between the different BSDs. Currently, all that is stiched together to form a final target, via the i386bsd_target, x86bsd_target, fbsd_nat_add_target functions etc. This introduces new fbsd_nat_target, obsd_nat_target and nbsd_nat_target classes that serve as base/prototype target for the corresponding BSD variant. And introduces generic i386/AMD64 BSD targets, to be used as template mixin to build a final target. Similarly, a generic SPARC target is added, used by both BSD and Linux ports. - bsd_kvm_add_target, BSD libkvm target I considered making bsd_kvm_supply_pcb a virtual method, and then have each port inherit bsd_kvm_target and override that method, but that was resulting in lots of unjustified churn, so I left the function pointer mechanism alone. gdb/ChangeLog: 2018-05-02 Pedro Alves <palves@redhat.com> John Baldwin <jhb@freebsd.org> * target.h (enum strata) <debug_stratum>: New. Make target_read_alloc & al return vectors
This patch started by changing target_read_alloc_1 to return a byte_vector, to avoid manual memory management (in target_read_alloc_1 and in the callers). To communicate failures to the callers, it actually returns a gdb::optional<gdb::byte_vector>. Adjusting target_read_stralloc was a bit more tricky, since it wants to return a buffer of char, and not gdb_byte. Since you can't just cast a gdb::byte_vector into a gdb::def_vector<char>, I made target_read_alloc_1 templated, so both versions (that return vectors of gdb_byte and char) are generated. Since target_read_stralloc now returns a gdb::char_vector instead of a gdb::unique_xmalloc_ptr<char>, a few callers need to be adjusted. gdb/ChangeLog: * common/byte-vector.h (char_vector): New type. * target.h (target_read_alloc): Return gdb::optional<byte_vector>. Convert observers to C++
This converts observers from using a special source-generating script to be plain C++. This version of the patch takes advantage of C++11 by using std::function and variadic templates; incorporates Pedro's patches; and renames the header file to "observable.h" (this change eliminates the need for a clean rebuild). Note that Pedro's patches used a template lambda in tui-hooks.c, but this failed to compile on some buildbot instances (presumably due to differing C++ versions); I replaced this with an ordinary template function. Constify add_info
This patch constifies add_info and updates all the info commands. The bulk of this patch was written using a script; and then I did a manual pass to fix up the remaining compilation errors. I could not compile every changed file; in particular nto-procfs.c, gnu-nat.c, and darwin-nat-info.c; but I at least tried to check the correctness by inspection. gdb/ChangeLog 2017-11-07 Tom Tromey <tom@tromey.com> * frame.h (info_locals_command, info_args_command): Constify. * auto-load.h (auto_load_info_scripts): Constify. * inferior.h (registers_info): Constify. * copying.c: Rebuild. * copying.awk: Constify generated commands. * auto-load.c (auto_load_info_scripts) (info_auto_load_gdb_scripts): Constify. * cli/cli-decode.c (struct cmd_list_element): Take a cmd_const_cfunc_ftype. * command.h (add_info): Take a cmd_const_cfunc_ftype. * tui/tui-win.c (tui_all_windows_info): Constify. * python/py-auto-load.c (info_auto_load_python_scripts): Constify. * cli/cli-cmds.c (show_command): Remove non-const overload. * tracepoint.c (info_tvariables_command, info_scope_command): Constify.
