gdb: Add a dependency between gdb and libbacktrace

GDB is going to start using libbacktrace, so add a build dependency.

ChangeLog:

	* Makefile.def: Add all-gdb dependency on all-libbacktrace.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
