xtensa: ld: rename xtensa.exp to xtensa-linux.exp

Browse Source 
xtensa.exp in fact only checks xtensa*-*-linux* configurations, rename
it to xtensa-linux.exp to allow xtensa.exp to check xtensa*-*-*.
