* Makefile.in: Added stuff for building deja-gnu.
* ./deja-gnu/gdb.t21/ & ./deja-gnu/gdb.t22/:
Moved in-gdbme.C file to in-gdbme.cc because gcc was changed to
not recognize .C extensions anymore. Changed the configure.in
file to reflect the filename extension change.
