Code Issues Packages Projects Releases Wiki Activity

Add a new Portuguese translation for the binutils sub-directory, and update the Russian translation for the gas sub-directory.

	* configure.ac (ALL_LINGUAS): Add pt.
	* configure: Regenerate.
