* m68kcoff.sc-sh: define _end as well as end, for consistency with
	aout.sc-sh.

	* configure.in: accept *-ericsson-ose for any m68k CPU.

	* ldwrite.c (write_rel): don't always set SEC_HAS_CONTENTS flag
	for each output section.
