Do not use CC_HAS_LONG_LONG

Browse Source 
ax.cc checks CC_HAS_LONG_LONG, but nothing defines this.  However,
PRINTF_HAS_LONG_LONG is checked in configure.  This patch removes the
former and keeps the latter.  This is PR remote/14976 (filed by me in
2012, lol).

I'm checking this in.
