* deflex.l: Allow quoting of IDs.
	* defparse.y (%union): string deleted.
	(command): DESCRIPTION takes ID.
	* dlltool.c (gen_def_file): Quote outgoing name if
	necessary.  Preserve NONAME.
	(gen_lib_file): Run ranlib.
	(workout_prefix): Deleted.
	(main, usage, long_options): Add --as, --ranlib, --ar options.
