[gdb] Fix -Wstrict-null-sentinel warnings

When passed in CXXFLAGS, -Wstrict-null-sentinel triggers twice in a
gdb/gdbserver build.

Fix the two occurrences.

Build and reg-tested on x86_64-linux.
