* inf-child.c: Include "gdb_string.h".
	(inf_child_core_file_to_sym_file): Delete.
	(inf_child_target): Set to_fetch_registers and to_store_registers.
	* inf-ptrace.c: Include "gdb_string.h".
	* Makefile.in: Update all dependencies.
