* buildsym.c (finish_block_internal): New arg "expandable".
All callers updated. (start_symtab): Move most contents to ... (restart_symtab): ... here. New function. (reset_symtab_globals): New function. (end_symtab_1): Renamed from end_symtab. New arg "expandable". Call reset_symtab_globals. (end_symtab, end_expandable_symtab): New functions.
