* sparclite/salib.c (win_ovf win_unf): Make window size constant

Browse Source 
into a variable (__WINSIZE) so that it can be controlled via the
	.h file.
	* sparclite/sparclite.h:  Add SL933 #ifdef to set __WINSIZE to 6
	for the 933 board.
