* inftarg.c: Include "observer.h".
	(child_attach, child_create_inferior): Notify inferior_created.
	* corelow.c: Include "observer.h".
	(core_open): Notify inferior_created.
	* Makefile.in (inftarg.o, corelow.o): Update dependencies.
