Remove regcache_raw_update

Remove regcache_raw_update, update callers to use
readable_regcache::raw_update instead.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* regcache.h (regcache_raw_update): Remove, update callers to
	use readable_regcache::raw_update instead.
	* regcache.c (regcache_raw_update): Remove.
