remove VA_* from binutils This removes the last uses of the obsolete VA_* macros from binutils. All the binutils and bfd changes were tested by rebuilding. remove uses of PARAMS from binutils This removes the last uses of PARAMS from binutils. The two changes in binutils were tested by rebuilding.
