MIPS: Convert cross-mode BAL to JALX Convert cross-mode regular MIPS and microMIPS BAL instructions to JALX, similarly to how JAL instructions are converted. bfd/ * elfxx-mips.c (mips_elf_perform_relocation): Convert cross-mode BAL to JALX.
