* lib/m4sugar/m4sh.m4 (AS_BASENAME, AS_DIRNAME): Bring these
back, albeit undocumented.  Programs now have a grace period
to switch to AS_VAR_SET_DIRNAME and AS_VAR_SET_BASENAME.
