quadrigraphs can help for problemetic unbalanced parentheses.
(Pretty Help Strings) <AS_HELP_STRING>: Likewise.
(Writing Testsuites) <AT_SETUP>: Likewise.
(Limitations of Builtins) <case>: Consolidate text on unbalanced
parentheses, and add an example of creative comments.
* NEWS: Document the addition.
