* m4sh.m4 (AS_UNAME): Eved out from...
* acgeneral.m4 (_AC_INIT_DEFAULTS): here.
(_AC_INIT_PACKAGE): Define AC_PACKAGE_NAME.
(_AC_INIT_PARSE_ARGS): AC_SUBST the PACKAGE_ variables.
Propagate their use in the executables and the test suite.
* tests/atgeneral.m4 (PATH): Include only absolute paths.
(AT_INIT): Use AS_UNAME.
