Move rm commands, except IPA files and Apple debug symbols...
(_AC_PREPROC_IFELSE, __AC_COMPILE_IFELSE, _AC_LINK_IFELSE,
_AC_RUN_IFELSE): ...in here.
* tests/compile.at: Add regression test.
