* testsuite/config/unix.exp (autoconf_version): Detect version
	numbers from the new style of output.

	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.

	* autoconf.sh (version): New string.
	(--version): Use it.
	(--help) Output on stdout, not stderr.

	* autoscan.pl: Likewise.
	* autoupdate.sh: Likewise.
	* ifnames.sh: Likewise.
