Accept -j, -jN, --jobs[=N], document them in --help output.
Implement parallel driver loop using a FIFO, enabled with --jobs
and if mkfifo works; otherwise, fall back to sequential loop.
(AT_SETUP): Store, do not output summary progress line if
parallel.
