wizjany 1e6e54b85a Add/Fix rotation values for several blocks. 
Torches, redstone torches, anvils, iron trapdoors, and skull should all rotate correctly now.
Doors are still missing data.
Fixes WORLDEDIT-3307, WORLDEDIT-3273.
